HELP - Excursions in Freeport

My husband and I are going on VOS on 5/21.... We are starting to book shore excursions, and none are listed on the rccl website for Freeport, which is our last port. Can ayone tell me what there is to do on Freeport, and specifically if there is a RCCL shore excursion for Scuba Diving? Any help is appreciated....
