What to do in antigua?

I'm looking for ideas of what to do in Antigua. I think I remember reading something about going to a Sandals for the day. I need any and all suggestions.

When I was in Antigua I went to Dickenson's Beach a couple of times. They say that in Antigua there is a beach for everyday of the year. There is a great tour with I think it is EcoAdventures with Eli. I have heard great things about this tour, that is not through the ship. If you want info I can try to find someone who knows anything. There are a lot of people that know of the 'Eli tour' on these boards. I also went on a tour with the ship of Nelson's Dockyard. The view from Shirley Heights is the only thing that made this worthwhile. Otherwise it was a lot of driving on a hot cramped bus. I believe that there are other tours through the ship that can take you to this part of the island. I heard good comments from people that went on the rainforest tour that is through the ship.
