Default Any info on Brilliance of the Seas?

We are set to sail on the Aug 30th 12 nite Mediter. cruise on The Brilliance of the seas. We have not cruised for the last 10 years so have no idea what to expect. We are on the 9th deck with a balcony and I am just wondering if anyone out there has done the 12 nite Europe/Med cruise lately on this ship. ANY information would be so appreciated....Thanks!
PS>>The last time we cruised, there wasn'nt any such thing as a balcony!!

Wanda, have not sailed on the ship, but as a cruise specialist had the opportunity to sail on a 2 night inaugural when the ship was christened.Be prepared to be blown away....one of the prettiest vessels I have ever seen, and I have literally toured hundreds of cruise ships,as one of the perks of being in the industry.

Well, I leave in 3 days - March 19th for the Panama Canal. on BOS. Will let you know. I hear it's a beautiful ship. We're on the 10th w/balcony. Any day at sea is better than a day at the office.

Hi. Please post review of your tour on the Brilliance. We will be going on it in April 05 to the Panama Canal. Our room is on deck 7, rm # 7158. Suposed to have a bigger balcony. This will be our first balcony room. Let me know all about the ship . Have fun. Wish I were going!

Very nautical beautiful ship.

Although I wasn't crazy about the pasta dishes in the dining room. Hopefully, they got the spices right.

Check out the Seaview Cafe in the aft of the ship. Fabulous lunches.

Have a great trip.

We just did an 11-night Southern Caribbean on Brilliance. The ship is spectacular - you will love it. We also did a transatlantic crossing on Brilliance in September '02.

We're also doing a 10-night transatlantic on Jewel on September first. Anyone else going along on that cruise?

Wanda -

We are doing the same trip as you in May on BOS. Everything I have heard has been great!

Would be happy to fill you in on the details when we return.

That would be SO awesome! Thansk, I would appreciate that. I am interested in your excursions at the ports and what your opinions are of them. Thank you, looking forward to hearing all about your trip!!!

We're anxious to learn as much as possible before we sail on Dec. 3rd. Not only about the Brilliance, but about the Panama Canal. Any one else going then?
