Unless you are booked on Deck 9, Larger Oceanview Stateroom, the room will be tiny, but at least you can view the ocean. However, the crew on this ship are very nice, and you will have a good time.
Re: are the oceanview stateroom tiny or good size.
I was on the Majesty in March, 2005. Had an oceanview stateroom on deck 5. It was a smaller room, but there was plenty of room in closet to hand clothes and several shelves also to store things on, and suitcases fit under the bed. Bathroom was small, but ample space to move around, and a 2 shelves to store toilitries. Alos had 4 drawers, and a hairdryer. Not in the room that often anyways, so enjoy the ship, and spend your money on the drinks, shore excursions or shopping. At least you will have a window to look out. Had my daughter and her friend with us, and I put them in an interior cabin. I was SOOOOOOOO glad I had the oceanview cabin after seeing their size. Was like a 3ft.X2ft space of floor to turn around in, very small closet. I definitely would have had clausterphobia (sp) in that cabin! They are not as big as the Carnival Cabins, or the newer RC ships interior rooms, but there was room to move in them.
Have a great cruise, I did!
