Default Cash payments for the sea pass card?

Ok I need to know can you pay upfront with cash as payment for stuff? I know on Carnival you can give the purser your cash and they your charges will be deducted from the cash...Does RCI do this as well? If not I can't go on them I don't have a credit card and will not get on just for this. Thnkas SUsie

Yes, You can make a deposit in cash when you embark (and more deposits during the cruise) to your Sea Pass Card.

I second the motion! It's not that common anymore but RCI will accomodate you.

Cash or traveller's checks are just fine, although it's safer to bring traveller's checks. Happy cruising!

How about using an ATM Visa card. This comes directly out of your checking account. I didn't have a credit card & this worked well.

You have to be really careful about using an ATM card. Many of them have a daily charge limit, and the cruise lines will usually put about a $200.00 per person hold on the card. Call your bank first.
