Hi Everyone. Thinking seriously about a cruise aboard the NOS. ANY information about the ship and shore excursions would be A GREAT HELP. I am specifically curious to know if the rainforest tour is offered in Puerto Rico if the ship arrives in port at 2PM or is it too late???
Thanks so much for your help!

I was on the Navigator this past September, let me just say the ship is GREAT! We were in Puerto Rico, but did not take the Rainforest Excursion, sorry!
I did not care for Puerto Rico, not much to do there. If we ever stop there again we will deifinitely go on excursion......the town itself was not great.
We liked everything about the ship, not one complaint. See the ice show, it was fantastic. All the shows that we saw were good, in my opinion. The pool area was very nice and we never had trouble finding a chair. The solarium is GREAT.......very relaxing.
The staff was very friendly , and the cruise director, Jeff Arpin, was very good. I think he retired though.
Any specific questions just ask, I will try and answer!

We arrived in Puerto Rico aboard NOS this past March at approximately 2 p.m. Originally we were to have arrived early in the morning, but the time changed because of our itinerary change (Labadee nixed due to political situation--CocoCay substituted.) We purchased tickets to the Rain Forest prior to the change in itinerary. The tour was cancelled, and we were credited the amount of the tickets. Apparently the tour does not go to the rain forest in the afternoon; someone told me that it gets quite dark there early and you would not be able to see much.
