In regard to the Comment Cards that you are requested to file at the end of your cruise: I was told a few years ago, that all of them are read. I am not so sure that this is true any more. What do others think?
With the number of card filled out every day, I think it's almost impossible to read everyone of them. I'd like to think they're all read though. lol.
Sovereign of the Seas 2/03
Navigator of the Seas 2/04
Adventure of the Seas 2/05
Serenade of the Seas 2/06
Monarch of the Seas 7/06
Liberty of the Seas 8/07
Majesty of the Seas 5/08
I do believe they read each card. The reason is that I received an e-mail from them after my last cruise because they could not read one of my written comments and wanted clarification. I was surprised to say the least!
Hello- I work on royal Caribbean ships, and we do read the comment cards and they are taken very seriously. I've seen friends get fired from a comment that was left. At then end of each cruise all comments are typed up and sent to each of the division heads. We read them and disscuss the strong and weak points. We also get a rating. So to answer your question, you time is not being waisted.
I got an e-mail after my last comment card, and to tell you the truth, I expect one this time too, I had several complaints about our Serenade cruise, an unprepared staff, cold food, and other small things, and when it asked if we would cruise again, instead of possitively, I put not sure if I will book again after 22 cruises with RCCL, that should tell them they are having problems they need to take care of
