We cruised over Thanksgiving week last year. The weather was fine the first day with just a little drizzle before we boarded. No rain after that, but the third day got very cold. We could hardly walk outside it was so chilly. So bring some sweaters just in case. Each stop on Western Caribbean islands was pleasant though. The weather was between 80 and 85 F and we could wear shorts or go swimming in the ocean. It was just when we were in the middle of the water and the ship was moving that we felt the chill. You'll have a great time, just bring warm and cold clothes to cover your bases. (We sailed from Galveston, TX.)
We also went around Thanksgiving last year. It was mostly nice. A few cloudy days but warm. But we've been in November before and it was never cloudy. You can't say it's always a certain weather pattern each Nov. But you can definately have some cooler days than say mid summer.
We usually opt to go in November and December since it's not so hot and humid. You'll have a great time!
