We will be on the Jewel for a transatlantic crossing on September 1. We have been on both Brilliance and Radiance (sister ships to Jewel), and they were great. Just the right size. You will like the Jewel.

But in the meantime I found a great review on the Jewel with pitchures.,at www.thepreismans.com than click on the fjords also at www.webshots.com hav esome great pitchures.
Hope it helps, will check back after my cruise
Jewel was fantastic when we took the Baltic cruise in May but "RCI" still a bit deficient in the dining room's mass food preparation. Radiance class ships have the best "WindJammer" going though and the "SeaView" cafe is a nice spot for snacks or alternative lunch. Jewel actually changed rear stair configuration to come out right in front of the "SeaView."
We sailed the Jewel in July -- Baltic Cruise and she is truely a Gem!!! The dining room service was excellent... food was good... and service throughout the ship was wonderful!! We are sailing her again, the transatlantic in September...
