Bermuda Empress of the Sea

May I ask about the 3-days pass for the bus and ferry, is this pass good for St George, Hamilton, Kings Wharf or do you purchase a pass every 3 days for a 8 nights cruise.

You are not in Bermuda for 8 days so you do not need a pass for that lengh of time. Some of the time are "Sea Days" coming and going. The 3 day pass should be all you need.
