My husband and I just book a cruise on Adventure of the Sea for Aug 22. Because this is last minute, we were told by our travel agent that our documents would be waiting for us at the pier. We are a little nervous about this. Has anyone else gone through this process before? Did the process go smoothly? Is there a special line we need to get in when we arrive at the terminal?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
I have done this before and it wasn't a problem. Since you will have no luggage tags when you get to the pier, they will look you up on their manifest to find your stateroom. Once your bags get tagged, then you will go inside to where you fill out the paperwork and thats it. At least that is the way it worked for me.
I work on the Rccl Embakation station in San Juan on the Adventure Of the seas , I recomed that whit your , Confirmation Number , go to rccl. and Print , the Passenger Imigration Form and take it whit you . Make the Embakation Line , and talk to a Computer Agent .
I would also go to the Royal Caribbean web site and see if you can add any information to your embarkment forms, it helps to have that all filled out before going. You will need your booking number which your travel agent should have.
