It depends on what you do for shopping and shore excursions. I find spend more than what you have budgeted on both shopping and shore excursions. My avg. pp on the last cruise was $250 on shore excursions (4 excursions), and on the cruise before that was $200/pp (2 excursions). Depends on what you want to do. I would suggest that you research that and the cost before you leave so you'll have a better idea of what you might spend. We've done excursions that were as little as $24/pp and as much as $160/pp. Also, if you want to stay on budget for your drinks make sure you keep track, they add up quick. Your average is about $7/pp per day. Hope this helps.

you may have shot under on drinks. only about 3 or so per day for both of you if $100 is for two. Unless of course you are not big drinkers. The others seem fine. It does add up quickly. Check your account periodically so no big surprises onboard.
Thanks for the input. We've looked into some excursions about 60 pp. We want to snorkel and swim with sting rays so we thought we'd book one snorkeling trip at our first stop so if something goes wrong we can always add another. We also would like to just catch a cab and walk the town some so that' s only as expensive as I make it. Of course we will also catch a cab to a beach now and then too. I've snorkeled and swam with dolphins before so some of the more pricey excursion don't tempt me as much. The only temptation is diving but I think I have that one under control. we will see.
As far drinking we aren't big drinkers but I may bump that one up a bit since I've heard it's 5-10 per drink.
Casino money- I'm going to try to stick to a couple of rolls of quarters! I did great in St. marteen on my honeymoon, but lost A LOT in a couple of hours on one of those gambling boats in Florida a couple of years ago.
I'm sure i'll take an extra hundred or two on top of this plan. We want to have a good time and not be limited by funds, but not be stupid either.
