Mariner of the Seas 4/10/2005

Hi there!! Just wondered if anyone was going to be cruising at the same time as our family. This is our 2nd cruise (the 1st was a 3 night Bahamas on Disney - and it was WONDERFUL!!). We'd love to hear from y'all and we'd appreciate any tips or info from those that have already sailed on this ship.

We sailed on Mariner 4/4/04 and it was to die for!!!!!! Spectacular,gorgeous ship! Our stateroom was at the very back in a corner with a large veranda. All service personnel went above and beyond. The food was amazing in the dining room as well as the all day service on the 11th floor.My favorite thing to do at night was after dinner (first seating) and after taking our daughter to adventure ocean, my husband and I would go up to floor 11 and have coffee or tea at a window table and watch the sea go by at sunset. At night they place linen tableclothes on the tables and the wait staff serves whatever you would like. You will have a very memorable vacation. We have sailed before but RCCL is the Best!!!!!!

Thanks for the post on the Mariner. We sail next Friday and can't wait. This will be our first RCCL cruise. We have cabin 8668, is that about where your cabin was? Any more tips?

Hi! We (meaning me and my family) will be on Mariner of the Seas at the same time. I am traveling w/a 16 other family members. I am very anxious as this is my first cruise. I am driving my family crazy but purchasing all of the cruise guides/books I can get my hands on! I am rather out of control, but what the heck!

I have been wondering myself how many have booked their cruise on Mariner for 4/10/05 already. We had ours booked in early February 2004. Have a good one and maybe I will see you on board! Deanna
