Anyone going on this cruise traveling with their children, I ask because this time we are bringing our two and one of them is 11 and the other is 18 (both boys) and would love to have some other kids to hang out with for my 11 year old if possible.
Thanks
I'm sailing on Navigator of the Seas on March 5th 2005 i'll be 18, with my family, i am hoping to find others my age on the sail, but i'm not having much luck....
Well that sounds fantastic!! Is it your wifes b-day? and how fun we will be coming from the west coast..Seattle to be exact. Is this your first RC cruise?
We have several people, my wife included, that will have turned 50 in the months leading up to the cruise. My wife and I planned on the cruise all along and some friends overheard us discussing it, and it turned into a group cruise. We are all looking forward to it. Its our first RCL cruise. We've sailed on NCL twice in the past year or so.

Cruising on NCL was terrific. We really enjoyed the freestyle aspect which allowed us to eat dinner at any time we chose, in any restaurant of our choosing as well. Also, the ability to carry-off your own luggage made disembarkation a breeze.
Staterooms were terrific and the balconies were totally enjoyable. Shpborad personnel were extremely helpful and courteous. We'd cruise on NCL anytime.

Did the Navigator last week of August (between hurricanes). Best ever. My fifteen year old son found friends; hardly saw him on board.
My twenty year old daughter didn't, but saw every show and loved the week.
Any questions?

We are cruising 7/30/05 on the Navigaor as a graduation cruise - 10 kids ages 18 - 22 (and the rents). even girls / guys. Can you please give me a review when you return. Love to know what you did on ports and how the "dungeon" was.
EM - why do you think your daughter did not meet friends? Where there a lot of kids that age aboard or because of the late week they were all in college already?
Going on June 4th. 2005. My in-laws will be celebrating their 40th. wedding anniversary and bringing along their kids, with spouses and the grandkids. So it will be 8 adults and 4 kids. Four of the adults (me included) have never been on a cruise before and neither have any of the kids. I am planning to try EVERYTHING...
I suggest you get the VOYAGER CLASS video off Ebay so you can see the ship and know you made the RIGHT decision. Watching that video you can really see the effort they put into this ship and making it a nice vacation option. You can see what they have available for the kids - a great way to prepare your family for the upcoming vacation and a great way to get everyone excited about it!
