Last year we took the Cocoa Beach Shuttle to the Radisson at the Port and they have a free shuttle to the port the next morning. It was too crowded in the morning, even with reserved shuttle times. Lots of shoving and pushing. Now the Radisson shuttles cruisers from the Quality Inns also.
This year we rented a car from Budget for less than the shuttle and stayed 3 miles from the Radisson at the Hampton Inns on A1A. The morning of our cruise, we had the continental breakfast at the hotel, drove to the Budget return right across the street from the port. They shuttled us to the port and we were the first ones there. It was so much nicer.
Another option is to book RCI transfers, fly into Orlando the night before, stay cheaper at a local hotel, take their free transfer back to the airport in the morning and then take the RCI transfer buses to the port the morning of the cruise.
Whatever you have a great time.

Brent, 4 of us are sailing on the Mariner Oct 31. We are staying at the Embassy Suites Orlando Airport (free shuttle from the airport) Then the next morning Art's Shuttle is picking us up for the port and then after the cruise back to the airport. They charge $30 round-trip per person. We found them on alphaomegatransportation.com
