Boarding Time - Majesty of the Seas

When would be the best time to arrive for boarding the Majesty on a Friday departure? We are staying at a hotel with a view of the port so it will not be a long cab ride for us....just wondering how early they usually start embarkation.

We went on the Majesty in March, and we arrived at the port about 11:00, and they had just begun boarding. This way, you can beat the crowd, and enjoy the ship for the full day before you leave port. You can go up to the lido deck for lunch as soon as you get on board. This time would be good, as long as the ship cleared customs and all the passengers are off and they are ready to begin boarding.

We went on the Majesty 2 weeks ago. We got into the terminal around 10:30 and we were boarded by 11 AM. It was great. We were eating lunch around noon and toured the ship with no crowds. It's like getting an extra day! The pools were filled as were the hot tubs. ENJOY! It was a wonderful ship.

Last year we arrived at the port around 11:30 or so & had to wait almost an hour for them to begin boarding; there was ample seating. We were among the 1st in line to actually board. When we left the ship after 2 to but incidentals there were huge lines.
