Eastbound transatlantic

Help

Got a great deal on this cruise Brilliance of the seas April 29th 05, but am unsure as we have never done a transatlantic before. Have you any thoughts or tips on this cruise. I have an option on a midships deck 7 cabin for 48 hours, Any help appreciated
