Default Visions of the Seas Concerns

I noticed after we booked our cruise that the Visions doesn't seem to have as much to do while onboard (mini-putt, etc.) as some of their other ships. Will our 12 year old daughter and ourselves have enough to do???? Any opinions?

When are you booked, what itinerary? We did the same thing, had considered Voyager and switched to Radience because it had the same ports, and it appeared more onboard activities for children. Perhaps RCCL has more than one ship with the ports you are interested in.

Well, if the same cruise line has another ship with the same itinerary....they'll let you transfer your deposit and adjust your reservation. We were booked on Vision, and switched to Radience, although it changed the date of the cruise by two weeks. It depends on how flexible you can make your arrangements. Im sure your daughter will find things to do and new friends on either ship though !

The Vision of the Seas is the only RC ship that does the 7 day Mexico cruise. We went to Alaska on it in 2002, & it is really beautiful. I think there's enough to keep busy, but I can't say about the kids programs as we are older. We have some friends that went on that cruise, & they took their 14 yr old granddaughter along.
