Default Disembarkation

If you booked your air on your own......and RCC gives you colored passes as to when to leave the ship according to your air booked with RCC. How do they know when your air flight is if you didn't book it with them? Do they ask you or just give you any colored card and think that you don't have a flight to make. Would hate to sit around to be called and miss my flight. How do they keep track of people who booked air on their own? What is the order or colors anyone know (early to latest)?

You fill out a form a few days before telling them your plans. I don't know if they really read them because we were the third color called and didn't have a flight till the next day and our friends had a 1pm flight and were almost the last color called. They tried to get it changed but no one listened saying they had plenty of time. They almost missed their flight.

Oh KNOW, so what can you do to make sure this does not happen? Sounds like there is really no system or don't they care?

You will fill out a card with your flight info and your cabin attendant will give you colored tags. People with early flights and those on an excursions are the first off the ship. My dad was doing an excursion since he drove, and we were flying. We had a great attendant and he got us all the early tags so we could leave together. Everyone is usually off the ship by 10 or 11 as they need to get it turned around quickly for the next group (weve been able to board sometimes around 11-1130). Theres not much to do except eat breakfast and then sit in an area and wait. They want you out of your rooms early so they can start cleaning. The only tipping we used cash for was baggage handling (porters upon arrival and departure-$1 per bag, more if they really go out of their way). We put the crew tipping on our account (but you can use cash). We did take cash for cab rides and you will need it for shopping in the markets as some places dont take plastic! Bring small bills too so you dont get jipped, or in case they dont have enough change!

If you can carry all your baggage, you can get off first thing.
