Explorer of the Seas Royal Suite Questions

I have booked the royal suite for an April saliing on the Explorer of the Seas. I have a few questions I am hoping someone can answer.

1.) Has anyone had dinner served in their room. Is there a butler who serves it? Is it just roomservice menu's or something special? Can you eat on the balcanoy or is there not enough room?

2.) There is a room attached to the suite where I guess your cabin stewert stays, how does this work?

3.) How does the player piano work, do you choose the songs that play?

That is it for now. I am planning to propose to my girlfriend on this cruise, it is a suprise and I am just trying to plan the evening just right.
