Default health spa

should I make it a point on the first day of the cruise to make an appt. at the spa. Is it that busy and would they tell you when they have specials if you ask? thanks

Spa apts fill up fast, especially for sea days. If you want a particular day and time, then book soon after boarding. One of our table mates did a treatment on a port day. She did it around sailing time and came to dinner about 30 minutes late. Her family was already eating, as were we and I dont think the waiters appreciated it!
