Default Lost suit/ formal night Mariner

Posted this on the dress topic. Figured I'd get a quicker response here.
Just went to get out my husbands suit out to have dry cleaned before our cruise coming up. I think we left it on our last cruise! He ONLY wears them when we cruise, so most likely left there. We don't want to go out and get him another suit right now.
We've never been on RCCL, only Carnival and Disney. We don't want him to stick out or show any disrespectfulness to the dress codes on formal nights. Should we stay out of the main diningroom on formal nights or would nice pants and a button down shirt work?

Thanks!

I dont think they will turn him away if he is not wearing a suit. I saw people on formal nights not wearing jackets or suits. If he wears a shirt and tie, no one will say anything. The only thing is if he will feel out of place. If he wont, then I see no reason why he cant go to formal nights to eat.

You can always rent him a tux then you dont have to drag a suit along. I think he would be ok though with a dress shirt tie and pants.

We found another jacket. So he's going to wear nice pants, shirt and jacket...no tie. I think he'll be fine with that.

Hi Big,
I'd just add a tie to that jacket if its "formal" nite.
