Hi Big Apple,
By the second or third day, there will be information in your cruise compass as to where to go to get tickets for the ice show, just keep an eye out for the notice, you don't want to miss that show, its awesome! You will just have to go down to studio B and pick them up, no big deal and you can send one person to get tickets for your group, you don't all have to go.
There are plenty of tickets for the show-everyone will get one if they want. The rush is for which show you want to see (what night, what time, etc). It is open seating too, and all are good seats unless you get stuck behind a pole. You can still see, but its annoying. Watch your newsletter and listen for annoncements that say when to pick up your tickets!
Jamie...no cost for the ice show. You just have to get the tickets before hand. Don't miss it.

Just wanted to chime in that this is a must see. It is one of the best shows I've seen at sea. i recommend going to an early show. That way, you may decide to see it again later in the cruise if seating is still open.
