Anyone sailing on Oct 23 Mariner of the sea ???

Anyone sailing on Oct 23 ...2005 Mariner of the sea ??? And if so, are you aware of the port of call change?... And has anyone had any trouble with RCCL management?

I am sailing on this cruise October 23. I am disappointed in the itinerary change, but we booked this cruise for my son. He met new friends last October on Mariner of the Seas, so we were going again, but this time to Jamaica..or so we thought. I called RCCL, but they could not give me a reason for the change.

Hi, we are sailing on on the 23rd. Two children aged 15 and 11. What port change? We have details stating Labadee, Ocho Rios, George Town and then Cozumel, although I did see one web site showing a change from Ladadee to Costa Maya?

I not precious about where we dock, just looking forward to the sun and the sea!!!!

We're from England, looking forward to seeing how RC compare to Princess, we have just got off the Caribbean Princess and really enjoyed it, hope we won't be disappointed.

first timer: We have a group of 6 families going on the Mariner. We booked for oct 23 and a day later we found out the ports of call had been changed. We called RC to find out why but no one knew anything about why. We called many times and finally we were told that someone had chartered the Navigator of The Sea for a private cruise and would be porting at Ocho Rios, Jamaica and so the Mariner would not be going there or Labadee. The Navigator was supposed to be going Eastern at that date but change and was going western. Our group was not happy with that so we changed our sailing date to Oct. 9th.
We sailed the Navagator last Oct. and it was great!! Last year was our first cruise. We were very happy with everything it just didn't last long enough. I think you will enjoy RC, the Navagator was beautiful and I think the Mariner is the same design ship. Hope you and your family have a great time!!!!!!!!!
