Shipshape Spa

Can anyone tell me what the Shipshape spa includes, as far as workout equipment? I'm going on the Splendor on 5/21/05 to Europe and would like to do work out if possible. Do they typically have a few dumbells or machines or both? Cardio equipment?

I am guessing the splendor will be similar with plenty of everything.
