Since the benefits do crossover now, I would think you would need to get the one "RCI" cruise under your belt which will allow you to join "C&A." Then "C&A" will give you the same level of membership as the one you currently hold with "Captain's Club."
P.S. If you stop by to see the "Loyalty Ambassador" at the beginning of your cruise they can give you the current scoop and provide you with the paperwork to join "C&A."
Yes, it does cross over. You should contact Captain's Club and let them know that you are cruising RCI. By the way, I have sailed 6 times on Celebrity but love the ambiance on the Voyager Class ships-RCI!!!
It only has reciprical benefits if you have 5 or more cruise credits. I am a member of the Captains Club because I have cruised once with Celebrity. I am booked on a RCL but cant get the benefits of the Crown and Anchor until I have completed my cruise with RCL.
If you have cruise 7 credits with Celebrity and 2 credits with RCL.. you do not get 9 credits on either line, you get 7 on RCL.
I sure do hope they let the rest of us have the benefits before my cruise in November. I would like to on board coupons.
