Do the balconies have any plexiglass at the bottom?

On the Brilliance (sister ship) there is a wood rail and glass below. The bottom 6" or so is open so water can drain into the gutter. Hope this helps.

Mike, do you remember the cabin number of the balcony with the banner? We have #8670 aft on the October Panama Canal cruise. Don & Jennifer
