Default ***Recommended Hotels with Park & Cruise Packages in Por

I am in need of hotel suggestion. Prefer ones that include Park & Cruise or Pre & Post Packages near or in Port Canaveral.

With Planning 2 cruises this year I need to save all I can on thing like hotel and parking... With the savings it can be used towards our excursions or on board spending!!!

The Radisson offer this, but call NOW. I reserved my room in January for this July and they were already sold out of the package deals. I was told to call occasionally and ask. I have called three times since then, and still no space available for my car.

I decided it was just as well. I will drive over to the port and park. We are starting the drive back home as soon as we get off the ship, so it works just as well for my car to be at the port even though I will pay.

Double check the rates without the package at the Radisson also. We were going to stay there before our four night cruise. The package rate was higher with the parking than without. We stayed at the LaQuinta Cocoa Beach and parked at the port. The rate/parking for this was slightly more than the package at the Radisson. I also liked the convenience of having our car at the port when we got off the ship. Didn't have to wait around for a shuttle to take us. The LaQuinta also offers breakfast in the morning.

I have stayed at the Hampton Inn and Comfort Inn, both nice but prefer the Hampton. I know the Comfort Inn had a park and cruise package not sure about the Hampton Inn. They are only 3 miles from the port.

A friend of mine is going to be staying at the Best Western Space Shuttle in Sept. Has anyone stayed there before? She told me it is about 20 mins from the port.

Szyjka,
The BW Space Shuttle is in Titusville, about 7 or so miles away. Check out TripAdvisor.com for recommendations. The Hampton Inn was #3 on their list and the Comfort Inn is also listed there. I grew up there and visit often and they are both nice places. I have stayed at the Radisson also but it was overpriced and very crowded and lots of confusion on cruise day. Have fun whatever you do.

I too wanted a park & cruise package but when I realized the cost savings I couldn't bring myself to do it. I had also heard the deal about all the confusion the day of cruising - check ins & outs being a pain.

We stayed 10 minutes away from Port Canaveral at the Holiday Inn Express in Cocoa, FL on I-95. We were there over Memorial weekend for only 60.00 a night (4 ppl) and paid the 70.00 for parking at PC for the week of our cruise. The park & cruise packages wanted much, much more than that. We were so glad to have our car right there at the port when we returned.

Another idea which we just did this last time was to rent a car instead of driving our own. You can get one from Priceline but we just used our Entertainment coupon. We got it for $22 for the day. Dropped it off at their location and they shuttled us. This was in San Diego but it was less expensive than the $12/day parking. Just a thought.
