I got a reserve on three rooms with my TA for the Navigator on a Sept 06 cruise.
The rooms are on deck 9, 9390,9392 and 9690 ( all Aft ). Just a small concern on whether we will be overlooked from 10 and above, any views?

I was in an aft cabin (7390) on Navigator and there wasn't an issue with someone higher than you looking into the balcony.
If you were leaning out over the edge, you could see other's doing the same, but that is about it.
On deck 9 you will have a fairly unobstructed view and all of the cabins you listed have a larger than average balcony. They have at least 1 lounge chair in addition to a regular chair and small table. 9690 should be a really nice choice since you have one less neighbor.
I've also heard, but can not confirm that on the corners you can get a peek forward view over the side. YMMV.
I was on the Mariner last year and had rooms 3 of the 4 balcony rooms on Deck 9 aft. They have have six cabins total on the aft of deck nine. Two in the middle are Junior suites with two balcony cabins on each side. 9390 and 9690 have half the balcony space as 9392 and 9692 do. As far as deck seeing down on you balcony, they can only see about 1/3 of you balcony and that is if the person on deck 10 leans over the rail. Those cabins are great but if you spend alot time on the balcony you should try and get 9392 or 9692.
