Guaranteed Room

Has anyone ever checked on to a Royal cruise and had there guarnteed room or suite given to someone else?What happens in this case?

I think we could use a little more information. When you say you had your "guaranteed room given to someone else", what exactly did you mean? When we have had a guaranteed cabin, we didn't know the actually cabin number until we got to the ship. Guarantees are for categories of cabins, not specific cabins. Give us some more details, please.
