Explorer of Seas: For 17yr.old? Seas rough in Feb.?

Need your help.
Considering the Explorer of the Seas Feb. 12 for a week cruising the Western Carrib. Do you think there would be enough 17 year olds on board?

President's Day is the following week and we're wondering if the ship will have enough teens the prior week of the 12th? I called RCCL and they don't have any numbers/manifest and can't seem to find the info I need.

What has been your experience during this time period? Older teens around or not? Anyone know how I can contact a certain dept of RCCL to find out my info ? Also, in general, are the seas rough during Feb. doing Western Carribean - Grand Cayman, Cozumel, Belize, etc.

We are planning to be on that very cruise with our teenagers. I have a friend who has a son who has worked for Royal Carribean Cruise lines for 10 years and he was the one that put us onto this particular cruise and ship because we had teenagers. His reply to us when we asked him if there would be enough for them to do was.... you won't even know there with you half the time because they will be very busy. We are looking into purchasing two way radios to keep in contact. Now about the roughness of the sea, sorry we are first time cruisers so I'm not sure, but once again we had a pretty good person helping us out on the planning.
