Simeon Baker. Out of the 6 cruise's we have done, he was the dullest of the 6. We did not care for him, and bearly ever saw him.

Default Jewel questions

First cruise...eastern caribbean on the Jewel 3/25....are soft drinks served with dinner free or are they charged to your room...I've seen conflicting information on this in the posts.
Getting your luggage to your room and when the cruise is over....can you bring it in and take it off the ship yourself or do you have to leave it for them to handle. I'm getting apprehensive reading some of the posts about missing luggage at the end of the cruise.
How long did it take to get off the ship at the end of the cruise...and was customs crowded? We are on an eight day cruise docking on Sunday...trying to book a flight back home and don't want to be stressed getting to airport, etc.
Any comments/advice is welcome...thanks!

RCI does not offer free soda with dinner anymore. You can carry on your own luggage as long as it is all in the small carry on luggage that fits thru the xray scanners like at the airport. Anything larger must be checked. Different ports allow self-debarkation as long as you can handle all you own luggage. To much trouble if you ask me. As long as your flight is after noon or 1pm you should have no problems getting off and making it there in time. Enjoy!

to be honest, we have been on 3 cruise's that have had the pool tables, and if I saw people playing once it was a lot.

No charge, just need to go to the bar and ask for the ball's.
