So what is the real benefit of concierge service. Does this mean I don't have to run and trip down the stairs to make chops reservations how about spa treatments. I hear they fill up real fast. Does the concierge (hope I'm spelling correct) have priorty seating? What other benefits do we get. Booked GS on Radience of the Seas.

Radiance has a staffed concierge lounge. Free coffee and tea, and pastries in the morning, and evenings drinks etc, also complimentary.

The concierge will assist with all your reservations, and tour bookings too if you like. And anything else you may need help with. They'll also get you priority debarkation tags if you like.

I´m not quite sure I understand your posting gt
But concierge service is available only on Voyager class and Radiance class ships plus on the EN.
