Default Chops?
Does anyone have any suggestions on what would be the best night to do a reservation for the Chops? We are on the Serenade in June to Alaska. Preferably not the formal nights? I think we would prefer the main dining on those nights. When would the Semi Formal night be, and would that be a good time?

Ask your wait staff or the Maitre D which night is Italian night. I've typically found that to be RCI's weakest menu.

We chose Carribean night to go to Chops.

I agree with Kuki. I would suggest that you make your reservation for Chops as soon as you can once you board. They book up very quickly.
