I have a post-cruise hotel booked in Orlando, and I noticed that the boat arrives in port at 7:30am, how long does it actually take to get off the boat, and back to Orlando? I know that I can't check into the hotel until 4pm, (I think), so I was wondering where my luggage goes, and will RC bring us to the hotel early, and you just have to hang out until check in time?
Thanks you guys are great!!
I'd rather be in the tropics!!!!
We have always been off any ship no later than 10am. It is about an hour drive to Orlando if you're cruising from Port Canaveral. RCI only has transfers to the airport not to hotels. You can take the shuttle to the airport, then see if your hotel has a shuttle service and can pick you up. If not, take a cab. Even with 4pm check in, some hotels let you check in early. If not, they should offer to keep your luggage so you can be free to see the sights. Have fun planning.

We arrived at the hotel for our pre-cruise stay at the hotel in Orlando. We stayed at the Doubletree Hotel at Universal. We were checked in and in rooms at noon without any problems. If for some reason you wouldn't be able to check in, they usually will provide a room to put your luggage in or holed your luggage until room becomes available so that you can enjoy pool or amenities.
