Default Room Service & Special Dining Surcharges

Is there a surcharge or gratuity applied to your room account when you order room service? I know it's supposed to be "free" but how loosely is that term used?

Also, how much are you charged per person when dining at Chops Grille or Portofino's? Just want to make sure so I don't have too many surprises on the final bill statement.

Default Room Service/Alternative Dining Charges

There is no charge for room service, nor is a gratuity automatically added. We always tip the steward $2 or $3.

Chops and Portofino each charge $20 per person, which is supposed to include a gratuity. We always leave something extra, however.

If you haven't eaten at Chops, you're in for a real treat.

I believe that Portifino's is $15 pp.

Both specialty restaurants are $20/person which includes the gratuity. You can certainly tip more if you feel the service warrants it (and it usually does).

Room service is free, however, you should tip $2 - $3 for the service provided.
