Crucon???

Anyone ever booked through Crucon? Just saw an unbelievable rate for Mariner in September ... I called RCCL and they are $400 more per person for that cruise.

I haven't used CruCon, but have seen the name around for years. Not suprising about the price difference. Agencies often have group space that is less than the cruise line pricing.

I booked a cruise with them for 8 people last month. So far my experience has been very positive. The TA we booked our March cruise on the NCL Spirit with was not responding to emails and had not sent me the information I had previously requested from her more than twice.
An added bonus was we were able to get a great group rate through Crucon.
I dealt with a gentleman named Neil and he was very thorough. I was able to get two doubles for less than what I would have paid otherwise for one quad, and will get a total of $200 shipboard credit, a cocktail reception for our group and some other misc. trinkets and such. So I have to say I am veyr happy with them right now.

We did decide to book with them, so are back on Mariner in September, this time trying the Eastern Caribbean. Crossing our fingers for NO HURRICANES that week (or the week before).

Hello,
What date are you going in Sept? I have used Crucon a few times, and have had no problems at all, I had neil once before also, but was told he had left, very nice, but maybe it is a new neil

I just had my friend book a cruise in september with crucon , the price went way up and they had a one day sale ,and I told my friend to call and book, now she is going to go with us, Very good service they provide.

I have booked with Crucon for all my 4 cruises...Very satisfied...If you find someone to bet their prices, they will match it....Nice to talk to 'real' people and ask questions, if you need too....

I had booked with Crucon last year and they are great!! I decided to book again with them this year and will be traveling on the Navigator of the Seas.
