Default Miami Hotel

There are several hotels near the cruise port. The Port of Miami is basically in downtown Miami, so when you search for hotels, this is where you want to look.

We've stayed at the Hyatt Regency, which is very nice, but there's also an Intercontinental, and a Holiday Inn at Bayside Marketplace. There are many other hotels in the immediate area.

Holiday Inn Bayport and Intercontinental (downtown) are close and have nice views.

Im partial to the Intercontinental if you can still get it cheap through priceline.

Just a note, the Holiday Inn is across the street from Bayside Market, but is called "Holiday Inn Port of Miami". We stayed there in March 2005 and it was very convienient.

Looks like it's unanimous...either the Holiday Inn Bayside or Intercontinental Downtown!

LL

Holiday Inn advertises $168 / night in season; we're paying $228 waterview at the IC next year in peak season.
