Smoking Areas on Radiance

I read RCCL's guidelines and statement about where smoking areas's are on Radiance, but that was written in 2005. Does anyone know if anything has changed or if you can still smoke in the Casino, some of the outdoor decks, and I think there were two other spots.

we were on the radiance class - jewel of the sea in March of 2006 and there was smoking in the casino and an area outside off the main dining room - and I think I saw a couple other areas.

We were on the Brilliance in March 2005, and they had a great bar/lounge upstairs next to the Viking Crown Lounge set up for cigar smokers in the evenings.
