Default Royal Caribbean Intl. Web Site

Anyone know what's up with the RCI web site and the shore excursions? Everytime I try to browse the shore excursions, it takes me back to the initial shore excursion page, nothing comes up as results.

Everyone now and then I have a problem there too. Try going in as if you are purchasing the shore excursion and see if that makes any difference, good luck.

On Friday, 16 June, Royal Carribean took down their Land Excursions site for some sort of major upgrade. At that time they said it would be back up on Monday, 18 June at 0800. In fact, after Monday morning they just kept updating the site every twelve hours to say it would be online 12 hours later. It finally came up, somewhat, Wednesday evening, at 8PM. Since then, I think it's still having problems. I've been watching it closely because I'd wanted to book excursions & Wednesday was my drop dead date for being 10 days away from sailing. I've been on the phone several times with Customer Service and several other folks. The worst part was that RCCI refused to shorten the 10 day requirement even though it was impossible to book any excursions for almost six days & seems to still be erratic since then.

Were you finally able to book your excursions? If not, you can still do it once onboard right from your cabin through the TV.. Best of luck and have a wonderful cruise!
