BJ I'm challenging you to a "best speedo pic" since we are cruising the same week. However your cruise is longer then mine so you will have the advantage!!

I also read somewhere that the most popular month for wearing a Speedo on a cruiseship is February!!!

Well I couldn't wait til October. Just booked a Southern Caribbean on Carnival Victory from San Juan for May 10th. It's port intensive. No sea days! I wanted to take this group cruise but they haven't posted a date for 2009 yet. Who knew they had a Speedo Group Cruise?

Probably going to do a pre- and post- in San Juan. I don't really take vacations to relax. I want to see as much as I can see. I'll try to relax when I get home. Besides, that is what Jagermeister is for!!!!!!!!

Did you look at that link to the Speedo cruise? Just trying to keep it real so Dave doesn't have to remind me again that this is the Speedo board!

MSBJ, in regards to your comment about thong sales being down because of the economy, I wonder if Speedos are down too

Hello All... I'm a newb here but managed to find this thread pretty quickly!

I actually just bought two new Speedos yesterday-one brief style and one trunk. I think I can carry it off-but will only where the briefs when I'm actually on the towel or in the pool. Walking around I'll put on a pair of shorts over them.

When I purchased them yesterday the guy at the store told me that Speedo was in the process of introducing a new line of commercials in N. America and that they were rolling them out from the West coast East. So who knows-perhaps you will be seeing more of them out there!

Beentravelin why am I not surprised the Speedo cruise was out of California.

I think San Francisco is the speedo capital of the USA.
