Default Crown and Anchor membership

Hello, I've just found this wonderful website!

Just booked 2nd Royal Caribbean cruise (don't know if I can wait 18 months though). I understand that if you're a crown and anchor member you get a booklet with vouchers? Just wondering if anyone could let me know what kind of offers it gives.

Thankyou

Default Crown & Anchor

After you complete your first RCI cruise, you may apply for C&A membership. Every member of the family over 18 years old should apply for their own C&A membership. When you go on your second cruise, you will be a "Gold Member" and you will receive a coupon book for each member in your stateroom. There will be coupons for Bingo cards, Internet free time, Johnny Rockets free coupon, Spa, Liquor and Wine discounts, discounts for RCI merchandise and other stuff...After you receive your C&A membership, be sure to go to the RCCL website to create your personal C&A account, so you can see the newsletters and discount coupons for future cruises.

Welcome aboard!

LL

Welcome to CruiseMates. We are glad you found us and we are happy to have you here! The Crown and Anchor Club is well worth the time it takes to fill out the short application. And the more cruises you have under your belt, the better the perks. Happy cruising!

Plus you get discounts once onboard the ship. It is a worthwhile thing.

It costs nothing (other than the price of that first cruise) to join and the great perks and gifts are always nice.

On our first cruise last year we filled in a membership form onboard. Then we each got a credit card sized membership card through the mail. When we booked our second cruise Royal Caribbean had all our details stored - didn't need to do anything extra on the website.

I should update my information with them, it just occured to me they don't have my current address.

But the C and A is certainly worth being part of. The news and such is nice to get from time to time.

Benefits for each level of enrollment can be found on the C & A page of royalcaribbean.com

Gold Members get coupon book, a "gift" during the cruise, welcome back reception and wine tasting and online coupons for future bookings.
Platinum members get everything gold members recieve (coupon book has better offers in it though) plus robe for onboard use, special onboard event, priority check-in and private departure lounge. Also receive special rates on balconies and suites and a complimentary custom air fee.

Stevie...like I said in the other thread, I just wanted to know how someone could make diamond C&A with only two (listed) completed RCI cruises... congrats on being diamond. We enjoy it, too.

Has anybody gotten a lapel pin for reaching a given point in The C and A society? Do the send any other items out at different levels?

This past April, I took my second RCCL Cruise, 4 day on Sovereign and being a Gold member, I received a canvas tote bag embroidered with RCCL on it as the "gift". My brother had just signed up about a month prior and he also received the tote. We ate at Johnny Rockets for free, and used the Buy 1 Get 1 free drink coupons as well as the casino coupons. I think the casino one was get $12.00 worth of coins for the price of $10.00 or something like that.

Default Good memory, Buttercup

The coupon booklet also includes discount coupons for branded Royal Caribbean stuff from the gift shop and specific services at the Spa. There are some Bingo coupons (whoopee) and a coupon for free internet time. I think Gold gets like $5 off the internet cafe.

Another benefit is a nice discount on balcony cabins and suites start at the Platinum level, with greater discounts as you progress to Diamond, etc.
