Does anyone know how much the pictures cost that they take on the ship cost? If you want to have a large group picture done do you have to have a reservation? Thanks

I cant recall how much pictures are but they are niether cheap nor cost an arm and a leg. Im thinking like $20. Just shooting from the hip here.

And AFAIK you wont need an appointment. Just get the folks together and stand in line and wait your turn.

Default No appt necessary, but you can make one

No appt necessary, but you can make one the day after formal night when things are less hectic and get a much better pic. On formal night is is a "crap shoot" as they are rushing you through to get the masses photographed. They are also doing some very nice shoots with families on the white background. The pic picture is just a few cents shy of a $20.00.

If you have a large group ie: more than 8, you absolutely can, and should make a reservation with the photographer to have the picture taken. They usually want to take it in the atrium, on the stairs, or somewhere that will accomodate that large a group. That way you will get a quality photo, and won't have to wait in line. The 8X10's run about $20 each, or at least in that neighborhood. Have a great time, and when you board talk to the photo department about your photo.

I would agree. We have done a couple of these and they work out the best. We always get a least one family picture per trip. We have had great luck on board. As was stated previously, the photo's done in a rush before a formal dinner are the least successful.
