We've been upgraded to a junior handicap suite and we are worried that it might not be worth it. We had a balcony on the 7th floor and now we're on the 10th floor next to the elevator and two cabins next to the hump. What do you think?
My wife and i had a JS next to the elevator on the Monarch. There was traffic and some noise, but it was not something that we considered a problem. We slept very well the entire cruise. I say Congrats on your upgrade. And the view from deck 10 is beautiful.
RCI holds the handicapped suites until about 45 days out from sailing date. If no handicapped individuals reserve the suites, it is released into inventory. You are fortunate to have this upgrade. The JS is much more roomy than the Deck 7 balconies, and the Handicapped Access JS is even more roomy!
