Default Question on booking Chops Grille???

We would like to do Chops on one night of our cruise. We just aren't quite sure what night as there are several nights we wouldn't want to miss the dining room. Is there a pretty standard progression and theme for nights on cruises? I saw an old menu with a night that had seafood pasta, royal fillet of cod, chicken cordon bleu, lamb roast, etc. We are on the Rhapsody of the Seas and might like to do Chops on that night if it exists. Does anyone know what night that is, or what it's "theme" is? If that's not a common night what is a good choice to skip the main dinner? We love steak and pasta dishes but don't really like heavy seafood or lots of chicken (she loves chicken I hate it).

I would go on a casual night in the main dining room.

Pls confirm that there is a Chops but no Portofino on Enchantment. (that will work out fine as ours will be a short cruise) Hope to book it as soon as we board--I assume it cannot be done in advance. What is the present cost if anyone knows. Also, Are res needed for Boleros or is that just a club or bar venue?

Yes, there is a Chops on the EN. Present cost should be USD 20/pp.
Boleros is "just a club".

Default Rhapsody specialty Restaurant

We were on the Rhapsody in June and there is no Chop's Grill or Portofino's.
