Default Explorer of the Seas leaving out of NJ

I'm looking to get some feedback from people who have been on the Explorer of the Seas, leaving out of NJ, particularly cruisers who have travelled with young kids.

Here are some questions: 1) How rough is it sailing to the Bermuda port? We'd be going in the summertime but I've heard that it can be a tough trip. My husband has been on several cruises but can be prone to sea sickness if it gets rough.

2) How is the Kids program? I'd be travelling with three kids, ages 8, 5 and 1-1/2. Did the babysitting work out for you?

3) Any general comments about the cruise experience would be much appreciated!

Thanks so much.

Kim
