Default Freedom - More Questions

Thanks to all for responding to my questions. I have a few more.

1. Do they have booths in the dining room or are they all tables? It looks like from pictures that they are all tables and no booths? We had a booth on Carnival and it was so uncomfortable sliding into the middle of a booth with a dress on.

2. Sorrentos - Do they cook pizza to order or do they have two or three kinds out and you pick what you want?

3. The poolside buffet - from what I can tell this is the Windjammer - is this correct? I'm not sure how to word this question - on the Carnival Valor the buffet area had different "stations" - one was Chinese food, one was sandwiches and then the buffet area. Do they havea Chinese food area on Freedom? Our 11 year old ate nothing but vegtable fried rice the entire week.

4. I assume they have ice skates to rent or use in the ice skating rink?

5. Do you make reservations to use Flowrider or just wait in a line?

6. Are most things on the ship open during port days? For example, flowrider, ice skating rink, rock climbing wall, etc.

7. If you eat at Johnny Rockets I understand the fee is $3.95?!?!? I also understand that milkshakes cost extra?!??! Anyone know how much those are?

8. I assume room service is no charge except a tip of course.

9. Do they put your tip for wait staff, etc. on your card at the end of the week or do you tip them yourself?

Thanks everyone for answering all my questions.

1, All tables
2. Types already made, but can order a whole pizza
3. Yes its the Windjammer, and yes Chinese and other types similar to carnival
4. Yes they have ice skates and no rental fee
5. Wait in line for flowrider
6. Some are open and some closed. The ice rink has special times, due to the regular ice show, rock climbing wall has special times also. I'm not sure about flowrider
7. Milk shakes are around 3.95, if you are a Crown & Anchor member, there is a coupon for free entrance to Johnny Rocket
8. No charge for room service just a TIP!
9. You can tip your wait staff in cash , or by special request have it put on your seapass(credit card) and then you will be charged and receive your tip vouchers in your cabin the nite prior to the last dinner.
Have A Great Cruise!

Flowrider: It is necessary to sign up and sign the waivers each day before you are allowed to use the Flowrider. We found that the morning sessions were the best to attend if you wanted a lot of time on the Flowrider. There were very few people there in the morning. The afternoon sessions always had long lines. You only need to sign up once a day...not for each session.

These are the same questions we all had on our first cruise. Just keep on asking that's what the boards are here for.
Windjammer has a great selection. Salads, sandwiches, hamburgers/hot dods, hot foods, Mexican, Chinese you name it you won't go hungry. Great goodies too.

Default One more question

These boards are awesome. You guys are great about answering questions. This is our first Royal Caribbean Cruise. We've heard such good things about RCCI that we've finally decided to try it. We've done three other cruiselines. I can't wait to sail on FOS!

I have one more question.....

Do the inside staterooms have a king bed and a sleeper sofa or is the third bed one that pulls down from the wall?

Depends on the cabin. What is the cabin number? There is a code on the deck plans that indicates whether the cabin has pullman, sleeper sofa, or both.

Deck plans show that each of these staterooms has two additional pullman-style beds.
