Default Do I Need to Provide Divorce Documentation Papers for cruis?

Just scheduled western caribbean cruise from Galveston with Royal Caribbean next week. Not enough time to get passports. I was told by AAA all I needed was original birth certificates, drivers license, and original marriage certificate. I have been divorced and was wondering if I would have to have divorce papers too? Thanks for any advice you can provide!

I have cruised several times with my kids. I am divorced too but we have same last name and they look like me. I have brought notarized permission letter from their mother but have never been asked for it. Can't hurt to have it.

I take my divorce decree w/me as well as my marriage cert because of the name change, but they have never looked at either one.... better safe than sorry so I take it every time.

I hope AAA informed you that after Jan 23rd, passports are going to be required when flying in from a foreign port. You may not need them now, but best to get them when you can rather than have to pay extra for rush!

Happy Cruising!
