Promowave or Happy Hour

Is there a way to sign up for RCCL Promowave and/or Happy Hour so they arrive in your emailbox?

I get Happy Hour in my in box from RCCI from time to time. I received one yesterday. If you log onto Cruisingpower.com and click on e-mail promotions Royal Carribean will send you Happy Hour specials. Enjoy.

From what I can see, you have to be a TA or affiliated with an agency to register for cruisingpower.com. Anyone have any other insight how to obtain copies of powerwave or happy hour specials?

I just type in search on Yahoo Royal Caribbean promowaves and happy hour and links come right up to check every Tuesday!
