Default Help! location of the set sail line in San Juan

I am leaving on Sunday and need help with the location of the set sail line for guest that have pre-registered. The last time I sailed out of San Juan I never found the area for the set-sail program. I asked people who appeared that they worked for RCCL and they just had us enter the lines for those who had not pre-registered.

The only other line I saw were for Diamond, Platinum and for those who were booked in suites.

Is it located to the right or left when you enter the building? I have called RCCL and they have been no help. Is the line clearly marked?

Though I could be wrong... if changes were made recently... I don't think there's any special line for thiose who have the sea pass information filled out online.

It will just speed the actualy process when you do get to a check in agent.

I've never noticed any different lines either, just for the Platium and Gold members. I think the majority of cruisers do have all their information done on-line, and yes, it does speed up the process.
